YWCA

Dear David:

It is my pleasure to take this opportunity and extend our great appreciation to you and your staff for moving services rendered with regards to the relocation of the administrative and child care services office of the YWCA of Sonoma County to The Lakes, 2235 Challenger Way, Suite 108, Santa Rosa, CA.

This letter is to express our sincere thanks for the expert customer service you provided to myself, other management staff, and volunteers with moving furniture, boxes, computer and copy equipment, file cabinets, office supplies, etc. (contents from six offices, a conference room, and reception area.) In addition, the spirit of your services and those of the staff you employ not only expedited the relocation of our offices, but also eased what might have otherwise been a very tense day.

Your patience, flexibility, and solution-oriented manner, and availability to answer questions and respond to unexpected needs was a great value. As you know, the YWCA of Sonoma County provides domestic violence and child abuse prevention services. Along with those services are documents which need to be handled in a very sensitive and confidential manner. We were confident that our YWCA belongings were in excellent hands.

Please feel free to share this letter as a recommendation to retain your services, and if needed, those requesting references are invited to contact me at 707/546-9922

The YWCA looks forward to working with again in the near future. We wish you continued success.

Sincerely,

Linda Abrahams
