David- highly commend your crew. Jessie and Tracy- prompt, called to let us know when they would arrive, obviously careful, organized, clean, friendly...Thanks for your assistance. People are foolish to try to just hire anyone to try to save a few bucks...what does it cost if someone gets hurt, or something gets damaged? A little more than I wanted to pay, but as you probably heard, we ended up using more time as we had a lot of boxes...so, with that said, we'll probably need to see you in two months to help get a few things back into the house...We were very happy with the service and we will make sure to recommend you to others. I was totally pleased that it was quite a bit less than the estimated amount. I called 3 different movers to help me move my piano. One quoted less than North Bay Movers, and one quoted more than North Bay Movers. One said it would take 4 men and one said it would take two men. I called North Bay Movers and they said three men. North Bay Movers answered the phone personally and more importantly they took the time to explain the ins and outs of moving my piano. They said they would charge only what the actual move would take time wise. They had an incredible one hour minimum and proceeded to tell me they would fit me in to a tight schedule. The North Bay Movers Piano Moving team showed up and were very nice, genial, and polite. They worked quickly and efficiently. When it came time to pay the bill I was worried it would be over my very tight budget. I was totally pleased that it was quite a bit less than the estimated amount. North Bay Movers is an absolutely fantastic moving company that exceeded my expectations. From the owner, David, with his professionalism and expertise, to the team that helped me, Ramon and Tracy with their can-do attitude and kindness, I will never use another moving team as long as I live in Northern California. I made a phone call mid-week expecting to be told that moving that Sunday would be out of the question and/or extremely expensive, and instead was told that Sunday would be no problem and was given an estimate that ended up being the best deal of the century considering the amount of work that was done and the efficiency with which it was performed. David, Ramon, and Tracy are absolutely the nicest guys you can meet and I can't recommend them enough. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone I know!! Brynley

Park Point Health Club Move
You guys were great. You moved a full weight room of equipment into a hallway and adjoining room. You took great care not to damage anything and did what was needed to protect our flooring both new and old. You even showed up at 3am to do a transitional move knowing you would have to come back for the final move. In all you moved our weight room at least three times and without any incidents. I used them for 100% of my move, and even use their storage facility to store some items that we are not using right now. I loved their service, attention to detail, honesty, care while handling all my finest art/china/furntiture, price, and best of all their sense of humor. WOW! Our goal was to move only one baby grand piano from Bodega Bay to our home in Davis. But, after we saw the CARE and EFFICIENCY Dave Norland and his crew took in dismantling and wrapping the piano, we decided to have them move a second baby grand from Davis to a relative's home ~ that same day! Dave knows his business and we felt very confident we had made the right decision after watching his crew at work. | Hi David ~ The dust has settled and I finally have an opportunity to sit down and thank you for such a great move! Tracy and Ramone went above and beyond the call of duty in moving my art studio which included a couple of especially odd pieces - my large and heavy 9' loom and a large, heavy and fragile light table. Tracy had a great eye for disassembling and then, reassembling my loom. I was standing there scratching my head and he had it all figured out - and, best of all, there were no left-over pieces! My light table was heavy and needed to be turned on it's side and fit through an opening just large enough to accommodate it - they aced it! And when it came time to move my outdoor potted plants, I discovered that the locks I had secured them with (as a theft deterrent) had rusted so that my keys didn't work. Ramone was determined to cut through the cables even though we didn't have the right tools. With persistence and a lot of elbow grease, he did it. They really did such a stellar job, I cannot thank them or you enough. Thank you, David - I will sing your praises every chance I get and highly recommend North Bay Movers. Dear David I want to thank you and your employees for the excellent service during our move(s).
Since we were moving three offices at once, into three separate locations, I realize that so
many things could have gone wrong but did not! Your willingness to come to our office
on two separate occasions and review the "move plan" was a huge help to our staff as
well. We knew what to expect and everything went as planned.
I know we didn't make it easy for you when we needed certain items from one sight to be
moved to different locations. Even this went smoothly and without error. Having your
employees take our desks apart and reassemble them took a huge burden off of our
maintenance department and allowed our staff to unpack more efficiently.
Thank you and your staff for the calm demeanor that was brought to the job at hand. I
know it helped all of us who were living in chaos for a few days, stay calm too!
