Overtime: Fuel charges Supervisors: Extra Movers: $110 per hour for 1 Truck and 2 movers (1 hour minimum) $140 per hour for 1 Truck and 2 movers Charges vary with fuel prices 10% as of today Always at least one supervisor present $35 per hour for each extra mover
