Our Customers had a very special need. They had a very unique piece of art work (Surf Dog) that needed to be moved. It was a ten foot statue of a dog surfing. They called him Surf Dog. The tag around his neck was named Surf Dog. Surf Dog weighed approximately 400 to 500 pounds. His worth was very expensive.

This is to give a great shout out to North Bay Movers their Crew. Tracy Faustino and his excellent crew, Ramon, Richard and Sal, who moved me two weeks ago from Emeryville to Santa Rosa. The gang arrived on Day One at 9:00 am to do the packing up (Tracy said he never knew anyone who was able to pack more Stuff into closets than I). This included a great deal of fine china and other things that needed very careful handling. They were finished packing in about five hours. On Day Two I met everyone at 8:00 am in Santa Rosa. They were finished unloading one set of furniture and boxes in a couple of hours and then took the remainder to a second location for further unloading. When I finally got around to unpacking some of the really breakable things, I was impressed how thoroughly everything had been wrapped and cushioned–even a cruet that I had forgotten to empty had been so well sealed that not a drop of vinegar escaped. Throughout it all everyone maintained a sense of humor and patience that went a long way to making my experience the success it was.

These guys were wonderful – they made a (to me) complicated move from city to rural, with treasured furniture including my gram’s piano, very smooth. From the time I entered my info into their online estimate tool, to when their truck pulled away, owner David and pro movers Tracy and Jessie were completely responsible, communicative, flexible but clear in setting my expectations, prompt, efficient. It was a bonus that I could do all my planning with them via email and that they were actually fun to work with – they seem to like their work and each other. Working with them was my oasis in the midst of a stressful week! Who could ask for anything more.

Tony and I never took the time to say how much we appreciated the way you and your guys handled our move. We had a stressful relationship with my new job, a flaky landlord and packing all in a very short time. You and your crew were absolutely wonderful. Your quote was right on, moving that huge hot tub went smoothly and they put back together the gazebo that was held together by raggedy broken screws like it had never been moved before. (They even put it back together in the dark). What a great job!!! You and your crew were awesome! Also, not even a scratch on the giant oversized furniture. Thank-you so much. Sorry it took so long to Thank-you. Sometimes time gets the upper hand.
